At CIPRIAN CONSTANTIN PETREANU we strive to provide first-rate services. Please see our refund policy below should you not be happy with our services.

General Policy

On all services rendered, we guarantee 7 days of satisfaction. Should you not be happy with the deliverables, kindly contact us within this time to address any issues.

Services Rendered

• Web Design Services: You will be qualified for one round of changes should you find the first designs offered unsatisfactory. Should you still find the design unsatisfactory after changes, you can be qualified for a partial refund depending on the state of the work done. For fixed EUR packages (€150/€300/€400), refund is prorated to undelivered scope.
• Additional Services (€10-€400): Refunds for delivered micro-deliverables are not offered once file is delivered, but we provide fixes within scope.

How to Request

Email contact@webpixellabs.com within 7 days with reason and screenshots. We review within 48h.

Payment

All services billed in EUR. RO VAT invoice issued. Refunds processed to original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Services

WebPixelLabs provides digital Web Design / UI services from Bacău, Romania, delivered remotely. No physical goods.

Payment

Prices in EUR. 50% upfront, 50% on approval. Late payment may pause work. All amounts exclude/ include VAT as stated on invoice per RO law.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own final delivered designs. We retain right to showcase work in portfolio unless NDA agreed in writing before start.

Client Responsibilities

You provide timely content, feedback, and access. Delays in feedback extend delivery proportionally.

Limit of Liability

Services provided "as is". To maximum extent permitted by law, liability of CIPRIAN CONSTANTIN PETREANU / WebPixelLabs is limited to amount paid for service in last 30 days. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or third-party platform changes.

Governing Law

These Terms governed by Romanian law. Disputes in Bacău courts.
